So in this episode, I'm sharing what I've learned over the past year about the mind and body connection, and Y'all we are not in a world that speaks or lives in the reality of this. I am no scientist but as I've recently gone back to school to become a professional certified essential oil specialist and soon aromatherapist, I’ve learned more about the body and mind, it's changed everything. I do think intuitively I understood this and that's why my coaching business has focused on getting clear and aligning your life and business but now I have some science to back me up.
