Photography aside, I'm a southern girl, wife to my college sweetheart, mama to two cool kiddos, teacher to my fellow photographers, and a lover of people and Jesus. I'm prone to wanderlust- as witnessed by the 50 states and 15 countries I've been to so far - and feel so blessed that my job allows me to capture clients around the globe. When I'm not photographing weddings or anniversaries, you'll find me cozied up in our Nashville cottage, educating photographers through online courses and in-person workshops, or hanging out at my favorite place ever, Disney World.

While I stepped away from teaching to pursue photography almost ten years ago, I've had the opportunity to continue my teaching career by educating thousands of photographers.
